He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Duncan and Minnie Mae Steely Duncan; his wife Mildred Byrge Duncan; and his brother Clifford Duncan. He is survived by: his children, David Edward Duncan and Debbie Sue Garcia; his grandson Bentley Saylor; and his siblings, Ernest Duncan, Hazel Turner, Betty Lewis and Sarah Smith.
