He is survived by: his children, Dianne Mills of Corbin, Kentucky. and Brian Keith Mills (Stephanie) of Corbin, Kentucky..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Laurel Funeral Home (1382 W Cumberland Gap Pkwy, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
