He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustauv Neuman and Helen Reinhardt Neuman. He is survived by: his children, James Neuman (Crystal) of Corbin and Amanda Messer of Barbourville; his grandchildren, Kenneth Mills, Madison Neuman, Summer Mills, Jacob Neuman and Brady Neuman; his siblings, Lois Larson, Lila Mae Flores and Vilas Neuman (Karen); and his sister-in-law Kathy Neuman.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
