He was predeceased by: his father Claude Humphrey Sr.; and his brothers, Larry Humphrey Sr. and Garry Humphrey. He is survived by: his mother Christine "Margie" Humphrey (Medlin); his daughters, Claudette "Jane" Saylor (Anthony), Billie Brennan (Tim) and Stephanie Owens (Marvin); his grandchildren, Tiler Humphrey (Kacy), Kristina Burkhart (DJ), Stephenie Paige Messer (Josh), Madison Owens, Mackenzie Owens, Quinton Owens, Xavier Owens and Ian Brennan; his great grandchildren, Braxton Humphrey and Liam Burkhart; and his siblings, Sandra McMillian (Ronald), Ron Timko (Leslie) and Christopher "Chris" Humphrey (Erica). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home (607 Master St, Corbin, KY 40701). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Pine Hill Cemetery (1720 Pine Hill Brock Rd, London, KY 40741).
