He was predeceased by: his wife Janice "Jan" Witt Irvin; his daughters, Lakeisha Tennille Irvin and Jasmine Camille Irvin; his parents, Chester Irvin and Susie Irvin Roark; and his siblings, Loretta Whitehead, Inez Woods, Dewey, Hayes and Tommy Irvin.
He is survived by: his son Billy "BJ" Irvin, Jr.; and his sisters, Pat Osborne (Sonny) and Claudette Garlic (Carl). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Evarts Funeral Home (119 Bridge St, Evarts, KY 40828). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
