We are sad to announce that on October 19, 2024, at the age of 76, Beulah Mae Rutherford of Corbin, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Fox and Loretta Fox; her husband Troy Rutherford; her son David Fox; and her sisters, Judy Fox and Shirley Rutherford.

She is survived by: her sons, Nick Cotter, Jim Cotter and Wayne Fox; and her siblings, Earl Fox, Kenny Fox, Johnny Fox, Lonnie Fox, Kenneth Fox and Angelia St. John. She is also survived by grandson that she raised as a son, James "Pumpkin" Cotter; 17 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
