She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Mitchell and Lando Mitchell; her siblings, Sylvia Wilson, Shirley Wombles, Helen Mitchell, Judy Lowe, Fran Cutrer, Preston, Kenneth, Billy, Danny, Doc Mitchell and David Turner; and her siblings-in-law, Curt Wilson, Jimmy Wombles, Gerald Cornelius, Randy Fox and Beverly Mitchell.
She is survived by: her husband Joe Humfleet; her son Jake Humfleet; her nephews, Chris and Charlie Smallwood; her stepchildren, Kelly Bowling and Chris Humfleet; her sisters, Deby Cornelius and Vicky Fox; and her siblings-in-law, Sandra, Peggy, Diane Mitchell and Ray Lowe. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Living Waters Pentecostal Church (10387 US-25 E, Gray, KY 40734). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Landon Mitchell Cemetery (345 Old Barbourville Rd, Corbin, KY 40701).
