He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Jean Holliday; his stepchildren, John Jenkins (Tamara) of Jackson, KY, Teresa Lucas (Tom) of Jackson, KY, Sharon Tincher (John) of Jackson, KY and Regina Thompson of Jackson, KY; and his siblings, Fred Holliday of Letcher County, Johnny Holliday (Betty) of Viper, KY, Wallace Holliday, Martha Stidham of Hazard, KY, Gladys Smith of Stanton, KY and Wanda Harvey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
