He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Combs and Audrey Hayes Combs; and his sisters, Deborah Bowling and Phyllis Campbell. He is survived by: his uncle Charlie Combs; his granddaughter Lexi; his wife Betty Combs of Combs; his children, Paul Allan Combs (Sheila Jean) and Patti Ann White of Hazard; his niece Glenna Bryant; his grandchildren, Trevor Brock, Parker Smith, Brooke Baker, Makayla Rai Corbett, Olivia Grace Combs, Cody Combs, Jacob Andrew Combs and Jaxon Luke Combs; and his great grandchildren, Watson Darrell Smith, Zane Alexander Smith, Winry Rose Combs and Jasper Raymond Combs. He is also survived by Great-Grandchildren, relatives and friends.
