She was predeceased by: her parents, Elbert Garrett and Laura Campbell Garrett; her husband Ray Sebastian Jr.; her sons, Dave and Ronnie Sebastian; her grandson Johnny Michael Edwards Jr; and her brothers, John Harrison, Roy Ray, Roger Eugene and Elbert Garrett.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene Tremblay (Dan) of Maine, Carolyn Edwards (Johnny) of Hazard, KY, Lena Wooton (Dean), Polly Baker (Chris) of Hazard, KY, Jennifer Day (Jessie) of Hazard, KY and Harvey Sebastian (Nicole) of Hazard, KY; and her siblings, George Garrett (Helen) of Ohio, Shirley Pratt (Mac), Blanche Collins (Wilgus) of Ohio, Ruth Isaacs (Sid) of Ohio and Sally Collins of Ohio. She is also survived by twenty one grandchildren; twenty two great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
