She was predeceased by: her brother David Neace; her aunt Cleta Mae Abel; and her grandparents, Lynn and Goodloe Neace. She is survived by: her husband Michael Fugate of Hazard; her daughter Shadie Lynn Fugate of Hazard; her parents, Raymond Noble and Serenia Noble of Hazard; and her brother Wayne Neace of Hazard.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home (301 E Main St, Hazard, KY 41701).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations towards the funeral expenses.
