He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy Johnson, Dolly Johnson, Farmer Miller and Mearl Miller; and his brother Christopher Roy Johnson.
He is survived by: his parents, Roy Johnson Jr. and Elva Miller Johnson; his children, Tory David Adams of Somerset, KY and Carley Renee Johnson of Chavies, KY; and his sisters, Kimberly Feltner (Clarence) of Hazard, KY, Alisha Akers (Michael) of Hazard, KY and Ashley Campbell (Garrett) of Viper, KY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
