He is survived by: his wife Omeda Colwell; his children, Sarah Eversole, Serenity Holliday and Dustin Eversole; his brothers, Jeffrey Colwell of Chicago, IL, Saul Colwell and Roger Colwell of Lexington, KY; his mother-in-law Betty Eversole of Combs, KY; and his aunts, Gladys Perkins (Paul) and Kathleen Colwell of Combs, KY.
