She is survived by: her children, Kathaleen Colwell of Combs, KY, Rex Kilburn (Jamie) of Combs, KY and Michael Kilburn (Linda) of Combs, KY; her brother Clifford Couch of Hazard, KY; and her son-in-law Ronald Combs of Combs, KY. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family & friends.
