He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Tolson and Elizabeth Hensley Tolson; and his siblings, Bobby Joe, George Darrell and Jeanette.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Tolson; his sons, Richard (Lauren), Bobby (Christy) and William; his sister Brenda (Sammy); and his niece Audra. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
