He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Turner and Dellie Collins Turner; and his brothers, Johnny Owens and Freddy Wayne Owens. He is survived by: his siblings, Rose Herald, Mary Neace (Tim), James Turner (Shonda), Greg Herald (Crystal), Edward Owens (Mossie), Bill Owens (Rita) and Evertt Turner. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
