He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his children, Billy Curtis Goode, Matthew Lee Goode and Leighanne Hurt (Jeff) of Stanford; his grandchildren, David and Devin Hurt; and his sister Sue Osborne (Edward) of Louisville. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
