He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Paul Mosley and Rachel Napier Mosley; and his siblings, Johnny Mosley and Joyce Sue Whitehead. He is survived by: his siblings, Alex Lee Mosley of Combs, Donnie Mosley of Combs, Vernie Holland of Combs and Mary Williams of Hazard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
