We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2023, at the age of 65, Phillip Ray Quillen of Columbus, Kentucky, born in Clinton, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Quillen and Georgia Frizzell Quillen. He is survived by: his children, Heather Comer (Chris) of England, Arkansas and Charles Stephen of Akron, Ohio; his sister Phyllis Quillen Ryan (Patrick) of Douglas, Georgia; his grandchildren, Taylissa Sims (Elijah) and Christian Comer; and his great grandchildren, Elijah Sims, Jr., Wesley Sims, Mikko Sims and Serena Sims.
