He is survived by: his wife Linda Fay Lane Russell of Columbus; his daughters, Karen Harper (Todd) of Clinton and Donna Barrix (Darren) of Mayfield; his grandchildren, Lance Barrix of Mayfield, Hope Johnson of Paducah, Christina Harper of Clinton and Victoria Arellano of Mayfield; and his great grandchild Isabella Arellano.
