He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Skinner and Margaret Dee Skinner; his brother Donald Skinner (Pam); and his granddaughter Katie Griffin. He is survived by: his wife Roberta Skinner of Columbia, His; his brother Michael Skinner of Palatine; his children, Linda Liverett (Mark) of Waynesville, Bryan Skinner (Luann) of Somerset, Lori Budington (Randy) of Sanbornton and Lisa Pavlick (Ron) of Port Charlotte, Florida.; and his grandchildren, Shannon Skinner, Heather Louchen (Kevin), Audrey Budington, William, Charles and Abby Buchmiller.
