He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Preston "Buddy" and Essie Pearl Hurt Fudge. He is survived by: his grandmother Couch Fudge of Glensfork, KY; his daughter Michele Fudge Fruth of Glensfork, KY; his grandchildren, Aspen of Glensfork, KY and Austin Fruth of Glensfork, KY; his son Glen Burton; and his sisters, Joyce Winters of Joliet, IL, Sharon Goulooze (Leonard) of Fishers, IN and Barbara Joann Trumpis (Pete) of Columbia, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
