He is survived by: his children, Tim Perkins (Carla) of Columbia, KY and Lana Perkins Mata of Jamestown, TN; his grandsons, Byron Irvin of Russell Springs, KY and Jordan Perkins of Columbia, KY; and his great grandchildren, Byron and Jacob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
