He was predeceased by: his parents, Harlan Bohannon and Lou Ann Bohannon (Bryant); his wife Bertha Mae (Cowan); and his daughter Debbie Bohannon. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Jean Jones (David) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Michael Jones of Charlotte and Stephanie Maggin (Jeremy) of Los Angeles, CA; and his great grandchild Clayton Maggin.

Due to Covid-19 virus and in accordance with Governor Beshear's orders and the CDC, there will be a private graveside service on Wednesday at the Haven Hill Cemetery.
