We are sad to announce that on December 10, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Virginia Bailey of Columbia, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Finis Pendleton and Fannie Curry Pendleton; and her siblings, Vivian Joyce Pendleton and Huston Pendleton. She is survived by: her daughters, Joyce Nuckolls (Scotty), Jennifer Hardin (Kenny) and Jo Janes (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Caitlyn, Cassie Nuckolls, Josh, Kendyl Hardin, Jordan, Jailyn and Jarett Janes; her great grandchild Jettson Campbell; her sister Dorthy; her brother-in-law Bill Bailey; her niece Beth Bailey; and her siblings-in-law, Irene Harmon, Julia Bailey and Danny Bailey (Linda). She is also survived by other friends and relatives.

For the health and respect of the family, please follow all rules for social distancing and everyone attending will be required to wear a mask or face covering.

Alternate expressions of sympathy may be left in the form of donations to the Bear Wallow Cemetery Fund.

“In loving memory of Virginia Bailey, I remember fondly the days when Big Sue and Little Sue used to frolic, along with out siblings, at Grandpa and Granny Pendleton's farm on Sunday afternoons. We enjoyed running down to the spring, swirling buckets of water without spilling it, and just being outside away from our parents. I am delighted that recently she sent an email telling me about the successes of her children and grandchildren. So she was proud of them and loved them so much!”
