She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Willie and Sally Mae Rogers Franklin; her husband Donald Wayne Jessie; her daughter Sharon; her children-in-law, Ricky Padgett and Ramona Franklin; and her brothers, Jim and William Franklin.
She is survived by: her daughter Shelia; her son-in-law Tony Franklin of Columbia One; her son Tommy "Edgar" Franklin of Columbia Two; and her siblings, Davis Franklin (Doris) of Columbia, Woody Franklin and Dolly Bragg of Columbia. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
