He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Hlavac and Geraldine Hlavac (Lowery); his parents-in-law, Harry and Shirley Jenrich; and his son-in-law John Keller.
He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Hlavac of Columbia, KY; his brothers, Don Hlavac (Florida) and Mark Hlavac (Cheryl) of Illinois; his children, Steven Hlavac (Beth) of Illinois, Sheri Keller (Indiana), Vince Hlavac (Lori) of Florida and Heather Cox (Joshua) of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Ashley Hlavac, Mandi Guerrero, Trevor Keller, Caitlin Keller, Steven Hlavac, Sammy Sneed, Nicholas Cox and Peyton Hlavac; his great grandchildren, Madden, Victor, Kiera and Gemma; his niece Anne Brasch (Kurt); and his siblings-in-law, Charles (Judy) Jenrich (Illinois) and Janet (Don) Metz (Illinois). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
