He is survived by: his siblings, Sherry Luttrell of Russell Springs, KY, Lisa Karnes of Greensburg, KY, Kenny Grider of Martinsburg, WV, Lance Grider of Columbia, KY, Bryan Karnes (Belinda) of Danville, KY and Jeff Thomas (Lisa) of Columbia, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends.
