Johnson of Columbia, KY; her daughter Angela Estes of Russell Springs, KY; her stepchildren, Leslie Murphy (Terry) of Columbia, KY and Carl Johnson (Sherry) of Columbia, KY; her grandchildren, Zachary Estes, Kyle Estes, Rachel Stephens (Garrett), Luke Stephens, Bailey Walker (Wes) and Connor Johnson; and her siblings, Ann Revis of Cincinnati, OH, Jeanette Lawrence of Cincinnati, OH, Dwight Wesley of Fortville, IN, Brenda Wilson of Jamestown, KY and Gail Robertson of Jamestown, KY. She is also survived by four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
