He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Burke Weber; his daughter Fran Clark; his sisters, Flora Embry and Teresa Bowman; his stepbrother Jake Embry; his children, Jeff Weber (Kristie), Jenny Hall (Ken) and Mathew Cope; his grandchildren, Brad Clark, Cody Hall, Cristin Hall, Caitin Hall, Kristen Weber, Austin Cope, Drake Cope, Malttix Cope and Taggert Cope; his great grandchild Rhodes Clark; and his siblings, Donna Hammond (Bob Royse), Connie Mellon (Buster), Bobby Weber (Sharon) and Gary Embry.

In accordance with the CDC guidelines the family requests that visitors wear a mask and practice social distancing.
