He is survived by: his wife Crystal Karnes Spoon of Columbia; his mother Caroline Hadley Spoon of Columbia Three; his sons, Tyler Karnes of Columbia, Jordan Spoon of Columbia and Jacob Spoon of Columbia; and his brothers, Michael Spoon of Columbia, Martie Spoon of Columbia, Mark Spoon of Columbia and Bruce Spoon of Columbia.
