She was predeceased by: her parents, Mayfield Grider and Elsie Richards Grider; her siblings, James Grider, Arvil Grider and Kathleen Wilson; and her nephew Eddie Grider.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Rooks; her brothers, Roy Grider (Patricia) of Russell Springs and Leonard Grider of Indiana; and her nieces and nephews, Christine Blakey, Kris Grider, Donna Matney, James Grider, Kelly Aaron and Todd Grider.
