She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Gillium and Mildred Coomer Taylor; and her son-in-law Mike Burris. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Parson of Columbia; her daughter Sherry Burris of Columbia Two; her siblings, Chester Taylor (Kathy) of Columbia One, Barney Taylor (Nancy) of Columbia One and Phyllis Sparks (Jeff) of Columbia Two; and her nephews, Casey Taylor (Sheavon) and Briley Taylor.
