She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Frances Stephens Lawrence and James Clyde "J. C.". She is survived by: her sons, Jim Marshall (Mary Lee) of Russell Springs, KY and Larry Marshall (Rachel) of Elizabethtown, KY; and her grandchildren, Sheri Anderson (Rick) of Russell Springs, Bill Marshall (Bonnie) of White House, TN and Stephen Marshall (Jan) of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several other friends and relatives.
