She was predeceased by: her parents, Orin Starke and Martha Locker Starke; her husband Lonnie Edgar Hancock; and her brothers, Larry Starke and Rudy Starke.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Hancock of Lexington, KY and Ellen Woolery (Ed); her grandson Eddie Woolery; her niece Ashtin Jessie; her siblings-in-law, Pat Starke of Alliance, NE, Jennifer Starke, England, Vera Burris of Columbus, IN, Carolyn Sue Perry (Rick) of Flora, IL, Gerald Hancock (Martha) of Columbus, IN, Jay Reed Hancock (Nancy) of Lexington, KY, Jeff Hancock (Patricia) of Russell Springs, KY and Ronnie Hancock (Danette); and also, Cy Yarberry and Brody Brock. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
A memorial graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at Haven Hill Cemetery with Bro. Steve Pescosolido officiating Expressions of sympathy may take the form of a donation to St. Jude Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Memphis, TN 38148 or the Parkinson's Foundation, 1359 Broadway, Ste 1509, New York, NY 10018.
