He is survived by: his wife Kathy Swafford; his children, Ronald Swafford (Tasha) of Clarksville, TN, Amy Lynn Swafford Caudill of Clarksville, TN and David Hacker (Melisha) of London, KY.; his grandchildren, Amber Collier (Chris), Ariel Estep, Hunter Swafford and Jace Caudill; his great grandchildren, Lux and Luka Collier; and his brother Gary Swafford.
