Though Ricky may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his father Johnny Wayne Keltner; and his sister Judith Elaine Keltner. He is survived by: his mother Violet Coffey Keltner of Columbia, KY; his son Riley Keltner of Shepherdsville, KY; his brothers, Brad Keltner (Ann) of Columbia, KY and Rod Keltner (Margena) of Columbia, KY; his close friend Sherri Giles of Columbia, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Stevie Keltner Paiz (Kadin), Jacob Keltner (Taylor) and Thomas Keltner.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
