She is survived by: her children, Alisha Bates of Columbia, KY, Ashley Gomez of Russell Springs, KY. and Joshua Witt of Glensfork, KY.; and her siblings, Rebecca Stafford of Lebanon, TN, Wendy McManus and Vincent Basey. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
