She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Pike and Lillie Allene White Pike; and her brothers, Ralph Hollis Pike and Gary Wayne Pike. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Cook of Columbia, KY; her son James Harold Furkin (Shay) of Springville, AL; her stepson Kenneth Michael Cook (Tina) of Columbia, KY; her grandchildren, Judah Furkin, Jubilee Furkin, Skylar Hare and Ethan Cook; her nephews, Terry and Larry Pike; and her cousin Jean Underwood.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home (210 Greensburg St, Columbia, KY 42728). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
