She is survived by: her children, Karren Loy (Howard) of Columbia, KY and Bill Dickey Akin, Jr. (Angie) of Burkesville, KY; her stepson Larry Akin (Rhonda) of Decatuir, AL; her son-in-law David Smith of Campbellsville, KY; her siblings, Cleda Coleman (George) of Tennessee, Ronald Coomer of Russell Springs, KY, Karen Lissak (Bob) of Illinois and Betty Melson of Columbia, KY; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Coomer of Columbia, KY, Lillie Coomer of Columbia, KY and Dawn Coomer of Columbia, KY. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
