He is survived by: his wife Debbie Vaughn Crockett of Columbia; his children, Sylvia Grant (Glen Corbin) of Columbia, KY, Mike Crockett (Kathy) of Glensfork, KY and Cindy West (Brian) of Russell Springs, KY; his stepchildren, Amanda Janes (Robbie) of Columbia, KY and Nelson Burton of Columbia, KY; his grandchildren, Ashley, Treyton, Kevin, Coty, Whitney, Terence, Paisley, Sherica, Whitley and Waylon; his great grandchildren, Gracin, Grant, Haylee, Molly, Gwen and Jaxton; his siblings, Lois Meece of Russell Springs, KY, Gaylon Crockett of Russell Springs, KY, Gladys Daniels of Russell Springs, KY and Wayne Crockett of Columbia, KY; and his close friend J. W. Denton of Columbia, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
