She is survived by: her children, Judy Sullivan (Charles) of Columbia, KY, Beverly Holt of Campbellsville, KY, Janet Carroll (Bill) of Campbellsville, KY, Jimmy George of Columbia, KY and Shelia O'Banion of Campbellsville, KY; her granddaughters, Bridgette Smith (Todd) of Columbia, KY and Tasha Rogers (Jon) of Greensburg, KY; and her great grandchildren, Kayla Smith, Madison Smith, Easton Rogers and Sawyer Rogers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
