She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. "Willie" and Mamie Wilcoxson Stephens; her husband Leonard Price Cheatham; her granddaughters, Jill and Amanda Blair; and her siblings, Milton of Johnny, C. C., Billy Stephens and Ruth Grant.

She is survived by: her children, Steve Cheatham (Joyce), Brenda McQueary (Louis) of Columbia, KY, Pat Blair (Larry) of Columbia, KY, Pam Burton (Billy) of Columbia, KY, Sherry Cheatham of Columbia, KY and Marty Wooldridge (John) of Columbia, KY; and her grandchildren, Jamie Murrell, Julie Irvin, Robin Loy, Bryan Cheatham, Nikki Loy, Brea Compton, Chad Burton, Josh Kemp, Nick Kemp, Dr. Adam Wooldridge, Ethan Wooldridge and Jordan Burton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

The family request that all attendees for the visitation and funeral service wear a mask or face covering.
