It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Nellie Burton of Columbia, Kentucky, who passed away on April 4, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie "Toad" and Clara Opal Burton Harmon; her children, Mae Beverly Burton and Michael Bradley Burton; and her granddaughter Tonia Rena Helm.

She is survived by: her husband Otis Burton; her children, Mary Betty Helm (Kenny) of Columbia, KY, Morris Benny Burton of Columbia, KY, John Jeffro Burton (Karen) of Columbia, KY and Marilyn Bessie Judd (Tony) of Greensburg, KY; and her brothers, Salvester Harmon of Illinois and Earnest Harmon of Glasgow, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren.
