She was predeceased by: her father Walter Yarberry; her grandson James Mark Cowan; and her siblings, Harold Yarberry, Betty Grider and Janice Allinson.
She is survived by: her husband James Anderson Grider of Columbia, KY; her daughters, Reba Cowan (Billy) of Columbia, KY and Chantella Burton (B. J.) of Columbia, KY; her grandchildren, Brandon Cowan, Renee Corbin (Freddie), Tyler Cowan (Katie), Kaitie Burton (Zack Proffitt) and Hannah Burton; her great grandchildren, Byron Corbin, Riley Jo Cowan, Abby Cowan, Jaicee Reynolds, Dierks Cowan, Marley Corbin, Traison Corbin, Layton Proffitt and Bodie Cowan; her brother-in-law Ed Grider of Columbia, KY; and her close friend Django. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
