He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Lacy and Pauline Maher Lacy; and his brother Gary Lacy. He is survived by: his wife Carla Cook Lacy of Columbia, KY; his children, Kelly Joe Cook (Nancy) of Columbia, KY and Jennifer Joyce Marcotte (William) of Vero Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Victoria Burri, Alexis Stubbs (John), Anthony Rossi, Chloe Rossi, Elizabeth Cook, Michael Cook and Seamus Cook; his great grandchildren, Izabella, Avaleigh and Stanton Stubbs; and his brothers, David Lacy (Susie) of Florida and Jerry Lacy of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
