He is survived by: his children, Melvin Jacob Odell Wooten of Columbia, KY, Michelle Wooten of South Carolina, Melissa Wooten of Russell Springs, KY and Tina Wooten of Russell Springs; his sisters, Marilyn Sneed (Bobby) of Columbia, KY and Doris Jean Bachman (Dave) of Indiana; and his sister-in-law Cathy Wooten. He is also survived by his K9 companion "Molly" and several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
