She was predeceased by: her parents, George Otis and Eva Mae Franklin Rodgers; her daughter Alesha Ann Morrison; and her siblings, Flossie Beard, Nona Burton, Fannie Franklin, Clifton and L. C. Rodgers.
She is survived by: her husband William Purd Bryant of Columbia; and her children, Ron Bryant (Debbie) of Columbia, Gary Bryant (Linda Douglas) of Columbia and Deborah Byrant (Steve Gadberry) of Columbia. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
