Linda Burton Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Burton (Columbia, Kentucky), who passed away on October 3, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lois Marie Holt Goodin and Hollis Burton; her siblings, Betty Sue Newton and Fred Goodin; and her sisters-in-law, Carol and Brenda Goodin.

She is survived by: her children, Marlene Shultz (Kelly) of Sellersburg, IN, Becky Bailey (David Jones) of Columbia and Randy Burton of Columbia; her grandchildren, Amanda Lewis (Chris), Derek Lloyd (Christy), Mickey Burton, Jeremy Burton (Tina), Ali Burton, Jaylyn Bailey (Jodi Andrew) and Jamian "Bit" Bailey (Miranda); her great grandchildren, Parker Lewis, Ellie Lloyd, Nora Lloyd, Allie Burton, Brayden Burton, Jayden Burton, Tanner Burton and Tyler Burton; her daughter-in-law Tish Burton of Columbia; her siblings, Joyce Durham (Hunter) of Columbia, Dr. Robert Goodin of Louisville, KY, Donnie Goodin of Louisville, KY, Dr. Dale Goodin (Cheryl) of Versailles, KY, Jerry Goodin (Carolyn) of Columbia and Terry Goodin (Kathy) of Columbia; and her sister-in-law Fran Goodin of Louisville, KY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other friends.
