He was predeceased by: his parents, Duluth "Dukie" Wheeler and Cecil Petty Wheeler; and his daughter Valerie Morris. He is survived by: his wife Jean Kemp Wheeler of Columbia One; his children, Todd Wheeler (April) of Cynthiana One and Annette Rowe (Allen) of Columbia Two; his siblings, Eugene Wheeler (Sharon) of Florida, Haskin Wheeler (Martha) of Arkansas One and Theril Burton of Columbia Four; and his grandchildren, Sasha Abbott (Levi), Chase Firkins, Heather Rowe and Lucas Rowe (Alicia). He is also survived by Several great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
